What headset for children/small heads?

I'm looking at getting my son a Series X for his upcoming birthday. I don't want to have to sit and listen to him playing Roblox or whatever all the time so will be getting him a headset too. Problem is he's going to be 8 and therefore has a small child-sized head; the only headset I can seem to find that caters for small heads is the Logitech G435.

Are there any other recommendations for headsets specific for children or people with smaller heads - would the official Xbox headset be suitable for example? I don't necessarily have a budget for the right device but am located in the UK if it's relevant. https://xender.vip/

Also, if me or my other child wanted to play split screen games, is it possible to have 2+ headsets connected to the Xbox at the same time?
