are the Hyperion and Persus Proto. I also dont like the spammy PSG's either.

Wait, do you like the Prototype Perseus off X3:TC, or the Perseus Proto from your X3:Reunion Mod? Cos I loved that Proto, it was frikkin awesome!! Dual rear PAC's with PBE's and HEPT's on the front, and it couldn't have (or need) PSG's either; loved the model for it too, good mod work there Rougey!

If I remmeber correctly the Perseus Proto came from X-Tension, in a later patch (you could capture it but it would take ages). Since then it wasnt included into any x-game. PJM (a modeller who helped with X3 mod) liked it as well, so he built the Perseus Proto for X3, and I included it into the mod.

on't know. I've never really been a fan of PSG's, or even Paranid ships for that matter;
Same here, like you said the only Paranid ship which ive liked are the Hyperion and Persus Proto. I also dont like the spammy PSG's either.

I've flown a lot of Paranid ships over the years, but in general I avoid 'em

I might try playing an all Paranid DiD though after I finish Way of the Gun Wink

I want to do a Boron DiD where I can ONLY use Boron ships, even if I cap a Pirate or Xenon or anything else ship I have to sell them. It's gonna be tough, especially when I get the Vidar from the Terran plot, and I'll have to sell it...

The only exception I will make is the experimental shuttle, because its soooo unique, and maybe the Griffon from OFF, as after all, it was a gift from our argon friends...

Did not mean to get a thread this long lol I found any ship with reasonable speed and sheilds is good If I was going somewhere by myself with put carrying about anybody I would put psg i.e. them I,see. Ths work i.e.,xneon, kaak with great results. Nothing gets thru that I found. but Allies do not like them,so Idol not have them.

If you have no allies, PSGs should be fine then. With the M6 escort idea, numbers always helps, more m6 = better m6; not only is it harder to kill them all, they also have more weaponry, so are more killy. Why bring two guys to a to a two-man mission, when you can bring ten?
