Rail Gun (Fixed)

The Rail-gun delivers a large amount of damage in a single hit, but has very slow re-fire rate. If the railgun hits however, it causes serious damage to its target. There is a small delay when firing the laser, that must be judged as well.

DMG = damage, DPS = damage per second, ROF = Rate of fire, T. load = Thermal load, P. speed = Projectile speed, AP = Armour piercing.
