Type 10 Defender

The Type 10 was developed to highly armoured ship for defending against Thargoid threats. The ship is based on the Type 9 but with increased armour, more hard-points and a larger frame shift frame. The 9 hard-points are; 4x large (2 top, 2 underside), 3x medium (2 top, 1 underside) and 2x small (underside). Since it’s a rather heavy ship (weighing in at 1,200t) can make it very slow at moving and turning. It does feature a larger frame-shift drive, enabling it to travel further distances than a Type 9.
