Hi
Anybody knows how to get the mod to work with the Linux version (steam)?
I get a lot of messages that seem to suggest back slashes would have to be changed into forward ones somewhere.

hi there,
to be honest I dont know much about linux but those errors look pretty serious. I know linux and windows use the slash around the other way, however inside the dat/cat there is no option to do so (it was built on windows). So it sounds like whatever is loading in the file isnt swapping the slashes around. Maybe try making it a false patch and see if that helps - but it could even be there is another dat compiler for linux (that egosoft used when making the linux port). Do other mods work?

Haven't tried any other mods yet. I suspect the structure is somehow different. For the moment I might just run the game on windows. Not a big problem as you get both versions with steam.
