I'd like to preface this by saying that I'm not at all a massive rts player. Halo Wars and WH40K Dawn of War 1 are the extent of my previous experience, so this was pretty much my first time diving into an rts game within an exclusively rts franchise.

And despite some frustrations on a few missions, I have to say that overall this game is absolute blast to experience. The gameplay itself is engaging and fun (although I won't pretend that insta-destruction weapons like the Proton Colider aren't complete bullshit). Moving units in fully fleshed out formations is fun and engaging. The commandos are cool and fun. Soundtrack is absolutely baller. The actors were at the top of their game with their campiness 192.168.0.1 router login .

Overall it was a fantastic experience despite some frustrating moments.

I did try the skirmish mode for a couple of rounds to see how I did... and I didn't do very well XD

Thinking of picking up Tiberium Wars, since that looks just as good if not better. What do you guys think?
