I'm relatively new to the game, after decades-long break.

In RA2 Yuri's Revenge, I've upped my game to a level where I can play against 3 brutal soviet bots. I tried playing against random factions and Yuri decimated me. I played with Korea. Is Yuri the Necromancer of C&C? What am I doing wrong?
