Having some trouble starting a match through C&C Online on Red Alert 3.

We've both successfully been able to get into the lobby in-game and see all the other people online. We can send each other messages through the chat window and even reach the point where we're watching the cutscenes together.

However, when it comes time to finally begin playing, it tells us there is a connection error (connection in progress/connection failed 1-2) and so we https://vlc.onl/ 've hit a wall at the 11th hour.

Anyone had any luck trying to play themselves? Thanks for any suggestions you can offer.
