C&C Generals is one of my all time favorite games and I keep an ancient Mac laptop running to play it. My problem is the dvd drive is long since dead and I can’t play Zero Hour anymore. Whats the best option to get going again. I have a windows box and a new M2 Mac so I don’t really care about which platform. There is a VidMate download on Amazon but there are lots of complaints about the code not working. I’m willing to buy another version, I don’t want to waste money on fixing this 12yo MacBook (also I think it just wants to die).
