Well I'm new to this but I love the game so Iv recently come into some free time to learn to mod. Iv down loaded the v1.0 and when I pull the file up it doesn't have a .exe file to start the program, or any other icon.

hi there Jude,
It may of been best to create your question on new thread, although u dont need to create a thread for everything
anyway, You should find that the mod is a zip, which means you should be able to simply double click it, then extract it to your X3TC folder without needed any extra tools.
