Hi, I'd like to mention that I bought X3: Reunion when it was on sale. I've played 2 hours without really knowing what I need to do. I've a few questions that I'd be really thankful if someone were to answer them.

What's the difference between X3: Reunion, X3:TC and X3: Albion Prelude?

How do I progress in the game?

I chose to play as Julian, and my first task is to find Kha'ak ships in Red Light. I haven't been able to find them. Where can I find them?

hi there,

In the x-games you are free to do what-ever you like, you dont need to follow a quest/story. However many of the x-games do contain a story - which can be done when you like. It is often a good idea to build up your fleet before taking on some of the missions. Your main goal is to earn credits, so you can buy equipment, ships and stations. Many stations offer missions to complete, like; bring me x, take me to y or kill z.

As for your Kha'ak quest, are you in Red Light system? you can fly through gates (think of them like gates in Stargate) to travel to other systems. If you need a map, use this (I know some people like to explore the universe by themselves).
