I've noticed traders from some of my complex hubs have started to resupply to exactly 1020 energy cells. It is set at 50 jumps.

I have a complex hub producing Ore and Silicon. The traders selling Ore refuel to 500 but it is the traders selling Silicon which refuel to 1020.
