Title says it all really! I left a few STs trading while I went to work. Come back and one of them has ranked up to 20 and bought himself a nice shiny jump drive. No matter what I do, this guy does not want to trade. I press the UT or ST command and it doesn't do anything and his status is just "none".
Other commands such as follow me work fine.
Any ideas?!

Hmm.. have put some software upgrades on the ship? like Trade command Mk1/2/3, Fight Command Software MK1/2, Navigation Command Mk1 etc.

Managed to figure this out. The cargo bay was totally full and had to manually tell the ship to sell stuff (think about 4000ish of e-cells) somewhere. Once the manual trade run had been completed, I set it back to UT. Seems to work.
FYI the ship had most extensions/upgrades apart from fight software.

Glad you got it sorted: sometimes its the most simplest thing, ie. cargo bay full. It sometimes happens they cant find somewhere to sell the goods they just brought. Usually because another ship has restocked the station before your UT could get there.
