"Rhonkar's Sun" -> "Tharka's Sun"

hi there, welcome to my site!
Ill have to look into the universe map - not tonight: getting late. Thanks for letting me know
... I probably made the same mistakes with the X3 maps
[update] Both the X3 and Terran Conflict maps had the same error. I have updated both maps, so now "Rhonkar's Sun" is "Tharka's Sun" and "Depths of Slience" is "Depths of Silence" (you may need to refresh the page to see the correct map). However with "Pontifex' Seclusion" , I am not sure what's wrong... just the extra '?

Menelaus Paradice -> Menelaus' Paradise
Edit 2: And of course there's the whole missing Terran sectors.. but i'm guessing you'd have to update all of the other <area> co-ords to fit them in. What a chore that would be
Also, I just saw the "coded by Roguey" note; You coded a forum!? -wow
I'm currently updating my own PHP CMS with new added OOP (I just discovered OOP
) but it's nothing compared to this.
And I notice that your 'page loaded' times are tiny! This tells me that your code doesn't make 10,000 MySQL connections on every page load unlike some other forum codes. It's all very nice anyway!

:lol dont worry about 's - I sometimes remove them because php/mysql hates them.
You are right about the coding, I wrote the forum... well... I wrote more or less everything on this site. I did the forum as I wasnt happy how much space and how slow phpbb3 was.. it was taking 31Mb!! I thought I could do it smaller and faster, so I did.
It looks like I have to update the map again... I should also add the ATF/Terran Sectors too. I have the contents of them sectors on my site just like you said the cords need adding, my sector list needs updating and maybe some code too.

Haha, I know exactly what you mean- The mysql_query function is a bit sensitive ^^;
Perhaps is a solution for u to try? It shouldn't mess with anything. Just make sure ur script doesn't turn the into an (I can see that it does for this post! I'd expect no less
)

A few days back I tried to 'fix' that problem - ended up breaking the forum 
You couldnt even post anything, Nova will tell ya! I didnt even know about it until a day later.
I managed to solve the problem - you gave it a good test then Some of my code is 'older' so not all can handle such things, but its getting there.
I am glad I managed to get the user system working - that was a pain in the rear!
as for mysql queries, well I keep them very low (2-10 per page maximum, average is probably 2 or 3 - this page takes 3). Some pages are also cached for speed (such as all the ships). I like fast code!
