I have this problem with a Scaldis owned by pmc and it appears finished in game. the ship is stuck in a capital ship bay in albion, shady vault. its not listed as waiting for resources, or in dock. there is no npc because you can't call the ship captain in the game.

sounds like another save-game edit to be honest. Probably due to a blocking issue, where a ship cant move as it thinks there is something in the way (either something of the station, the ship itself or mass-traffic). This happens for trade ships - people wonder why it cant move. What I know, it seems that egosoft didnt really check to make-sure the ship could clear the docking-bay.

I could probably check it, if I had your save.

even if you destroy it the wrecked ship does flow away or disappear, I been watching it for a few min. now. The wreckage just stays put.

Ah, the link works fine.. ill have a look at it later, but im not guaranteeing I can fix it.

looking at the save, it says its an invalid object. So I guess the best thing is to remove it from the game:
