To keep things a bit more organized around here, please follow these basic rules.
Thread naming conventions
Make the name something descriptive. "new BBS message suggestion" is a very very non-descriptive name, while "Research BBS missions" would indicate what you want far better.

Providing Information
Give the following information:
1) Mission type: BBS? mini-plot? etc.
2) Race/Station specific: Is the mission intended for anyone/anything specific? Does everyone get it or just the Goners?
3) Brief summary: Write down a brief summary of what the mission would be like
4) Rewards or rewarding system: So...what do you get when finishing the mission? What if you fail it?
5) Detailed information: How would the mission be executed? what do you have to do? What enemies might await me? Random or pre-defined places/ships/wares. e.g. give a lot of information for the mission.
6) Discuss alternatives you have in mind, and why you feel this implementation would be best

feature request for a mission
If you feel a mission should be changed in a way, don't open a new thread for that, just post in the mission thread what you would like to see changed.
of course if there is not a thread around it, create one, something like: "Abandoned Mission Discussion and Proposal" is a good name. Again, post details on what you would like to be changed and very importantly WHY.

Keep the threads alive
Once you have made a proposal, it's nice to keep it in check. It's your idea, so take the time to edit the first post. Keep the most important and newest information about the mission execution in the first post. Also, when the mission is included, either ask a moderator or change the threads name to " ** implemented** **version in which it is implemented** **mini-mod if needed**"
This is to know that something was implemented and not just went away.

One suggestion per thread
Please be so kind, and make new a new thread for a suggestion when neccesarry. I'm not saying you should make a thread for "Xenon R to 2x800MJ shielding" and then the same for the Xenon K, J, P etc.
If you identify such a topic that it would be more then one suggestion, make it reflect in the threads name, something like "re-balancing the shielding for ships".
Again, important is to keep the first post up-to date with what has been implemented, when and if not too.

Try to discuss the suggestion only
This is a bit of a wild rule. The trick is to keep chatter down, as to not loose the important information. But I'm sure everyone understands what is being asked here.

Please follow this rules to help everyone making the changes easier and more transparent.

Burn rubber, not your soul!
