Eagleguey (11)Thanks to apricotslice for letting me use and modify his mod (phq_extended).
this is my first "official" modification so please bear with me for a little if needed
What I did is change the Reverse Engineering and Production time of the PHQ. both have been halved so far.
The first version is already done (just need to find a host) and the changes are as follows:
PHQ has 50 Million storage space, you can buy it at the boron shipyard for 194 million, and the production and reverse engineering times have been halved.
Another thing, I wanted to say, if you want a different version of this mod, just ask. Except for the price in the shipyard, I can change mostly anything you like, from resources needed, to times.

NOTE: This "should" change only the hq.xml file as far as I know, and this way should be compatible with other mods!
