No experimental EMPCs?

I've just bought a Springblossom, but the shipyard offered no EEMPCs. All 3 unknown aldrin bases are empty on these and I've found no EEMPC forge aswell- it's not even on the map of this site. Is it in the Aldrin 2? I haven't started the Aldrin story yet, do I have to and how? Or is there any other non-cheatish way to get them?

hi there, have tried looking in Aldrin? hover over some of the stations, and you should see some who sell the EEMPCs.

Yes, I couldn't find any forge on that map, the weapon production base has all but EEMPC and the storage of those is always dry on all 3 unknown bases. I think I'll have to go with those starburst shockwave cannons, they seem good but drain a bit more energy.
