So...where's the difference?
Do they have more firepower or something?
They seem to turn slower.
Is there a way to "upgrade" normal ones, or buy Heavy Ones,

I didnt know there was a Heavy Laser Tower, in the mod the lasertowers do upgrade their shields - is that what you mean?

hmmm....pirates use the Heavy Laser Tower. I think those are the upgraded shield versions, since they take quite a beating before giving up Big grin

But the question is: HOW do I upgrade the shield on my Laser Towers?

All of them will upgrade when they start attacking something Smile

So atleast now they can take some damage - since they are sitting ducks!

well I wasnt happy with 125MJ for a sitting duck. Since there are more choices with the shields, it seem only fair to upgrade them. I did try to change all the sats on load but this felt a bad way of doing it. So I changed one of ego's script to do it on triggering.
