I have re-installed X3 Reunion and i can't seem to get the mod working again, I remember something about putting the mod in a 'Mods' or 'X3 Mods' folder, in the program files thing. Any help here.

In answer to you question, put the mod into the mods folder, ie.
D:/Games/X3 Reunion/mods
