Spawning in Earth Torus using Script Editor

Recently I have been trying to spawn in the Earth Torus,I have attempted to make it a fully functional one using the add default wares to station/dock, but it does not work. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this?

if I remember correctly, i think you have to give it start job command for it to work correctly, although hat might be for HQ's.

I don't see it in trade commands, where should I go to find it?

ermm.. it might be flight commands? its been a while.
