I currently have the starting ship and two ships from story missions (Discoverer and a Centaur). I also have a pair of Mammoth-class ships, four Mercury-class ships, and ~100m Credits.

I'm using Argon Sector M148 as my base, and own an Argon Equipment dock and a few silicon mines in the sector.

How do you automate trading? I've been moving trading using the basic navigational commands, but would like to set it up so that it will automatically trade.

As a second part, setting up internal production lines that work without my interference, to arm my fleet.

Is there any way to build your own ships?

How do you acquire and use drones?

The part that confuses me the most is choosing what ship, and the weapons/shields to arm it. Missiles are also quite confusing.
