If you can't dock but they are blue, that means you are still in the negative rep. Destroying the stations will only make it worse. So you have a lot more missions to do. I think there is a way to see what your current rep level is with them but you have to enable the script editor. However you can just reload an old save after doing so to retain the unmodified status of your save. I don't know how to do it off the top of my head so you will have to google it or ask in the Egosoft X Trilogy forum. Unless someone here can guide you through it.

I wait for the one in Danna's Chance to get blown up by a passing patrol, then hijack the Albatross that tries to deliver a new one.
