I can access everything on this web site except the Trade helper as that brings up a page error.

Same here, 404 error.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /elite-dangerous/trade-helper/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
