I am on Zettel Port in Chelidones system
And there is no commodity market here in spite of the database is saying...
No missions on rhe board too.
Does a locked system mean that markets are closed ?

it appears so; the last updates to those outposts were 2 weeks ago. The more up-to date the data, the more reliable it will be. You really want to be looking at stations/outpost updated a few hours ago.

unfortunately lockdown and UA bombing kill stations off until the state ends, and there are player groups actively working to seemingly UA bomb anywhere that supplies the stuff needed for community goals, seems a lot of places are being put into a state of war so people can go afk and make money while doing it....
