Is this ship only available with Horizons, as I can't find it at the stations near Gateway which are supposed to stock it?

This ship was released in update 2.3 "The Commanders". Requires the Horizons expansion

So yes, it requires Horizons.

Ok, that explains why I can't find it in the given stations.

@Roguey: The Dolphin isn't listed in the drop-down in the Tade Helper Mk 1 under Ships.
