I'm stuck at 100%, but I don't see a mission to rank up. Please, help me.

It can take awhile for those rank up missions to appear. Make sure you are landed on a station allied with the correct power (federation or empire). Hopefully you will be able to find one soon Smile

ps. You could be at 99.9% (which has been rounded up), so do a few more missions to make sure its at 100%.

Just countinue do mission, it will still count then you final do the ranked up mission

yes it will still count. It took me awhile to find a rank-up mission, and when I did find one; I went up to 50% of the next rank.
