cannot get this to work....have wingman selected. navlock on and within distance in same instance, beacon to wing...he jumps and I do not ???

Thought it was automatic haha.

also when it works can you auto follow him over several system jumps ?

Hi Bazr, the person who jumps first is important I think it has to be the one that was invited also bear in mind the jump range of each ship it might cause a problem. For each jump you have to close up each time and go through the same procedure. I haven't winged up for a while but I think I usually invite my mate to wing and he jumps first and we are in same type of ship, similar range. Hope this helps.

thanks mate, that is something I can try...did not know about that one...I usually try to follow wingmate who invited me, understand about the similar jump range.
One time my wingmate got interdicted but I did not drop out next to him....bummer.
