What makes manual docking so difficult?

I have heard a lot of people complain about how they struggle with manual docking, and I can't understand why. I just picked up the game around two weeks ago and I needed to ditch a docking computer for power problems. I tried launching and docking and it took me only about 3 tries to get it down.

So, what makes manual docking difficult for you?showbox speed test

I guess people are inpatient - its another thing to learn before you can play (or was before docking computers come with the starter ship/improved - early docking computer was terrible). So I guess some gave-up at this point, and complain.

I watched a video about manuel docking several years ago, he made is simple
