Why can't I filter for some guardian systems?

Using filters in galaxy map, I can isolate guardian systems near ETA Carina. But there are more than 2 dozen guardian systems in the Norma Expanse....and none of them show up in a filtered search Speed Test https://vidmate.bid/ .
