o7 cmdrs. I came back to the game after a long break. Have only 350hrs in, no engineer leveled.

There is a person who have recruited me and he is helping me quite a lot in that matter, but i would like some more advices so can fully understand how things work.

My objetive is to fit a chieftain, and im going after its parts. So far i have done thrusters and FSD. To achieve that, i have farmerd data from The cobra crashed and some other materials from a crashed anaconda. Now, i got enough money to get a Anaconda to call mine and the dude helping said its better to put the chieftain pieces in the anaconda, fit it with the conda ane then give it back to the chieftain. Is that really The best way to do it?

He says he will leade to a place where i can farm The materiais easier using The anaconda que im excited for that.

Engineering is harder than i thought. The grind is not THAT bad, but i find confusing to know what to do, how to do and when to do it.

Any tips are really appretiated.
