hi there,

I am wondering if you have any suggestions for improving the forum or thoughts. At the moment the forum is 'plain' which allows it to be 'easy' to read. I did think about adding sigs and/or external avatar's. Would anyone use external avatars and would sigs make the forum 'messy' (checking heights of sigs would need to be done manually)? Ive seen some forums where sigs can 'destroy' posts with countless pictures etc.

Anyway, let me know. The forum isnt finished but its working atleast, and yes its all my own code! Hammer

Suggestion : Why don't you open forums for the othe C&C games like Tiberian Twilight, C&C 3 and the others?

Hi there, how about forum boards and news sections for them (on Ammo)? Which games do you think are worth adding?

I meant which C&C games are worth adding to the list ie. 'active' games play/use?

*sigh I hate messing around with images - I prefer coding Smile

It might be best to keep the ammo stuff on its own board. Its getting a little confusing Smile

I meant the banner for CnC Top 101 becuase there is no banner for C&C Ammo there..

Ah, one of the reason for that is that my site has hot-link protection on. This stops people from using pictures from this site on another - which stops people from nicking my bandwidth. I think the banner needs a good re-design anyway.

1-We have to make more custom profile fields like birthday, Time Zone Settings, Gender, etc ..
2-Ranks Images..

You could make an email updates, so we could be notified if someone replys to one of our posts or replied to a post that we have replied

i second that. automatic thread subscription when a user posts in that thread. it'd be handy

This will also bring people to regularly visit the website, as there are probably people on hear that just took the mods, or advice and never return to give there own advice.

I will get around to it, its just that there is so many things to add to the forum. I have added support for coloured text - well, every forum has it!.

With the email thing, do you want a checkbox (which is normally ticked) to say "send me a email when a new reply is posted?". Would the code need to send another email if another reply was posted later on? cos I would have to stop the code from email every time there was a reply.
