There is an old thread somewhere in the German forum as well. Someone linked it on Reddit but I cannot find it now. It was about ship size and it was stated that we will not be able to fly anything larger than a corvette again. It listed the size range of each ship class as well as answer a few other questions.

Interesting indeed, hopefully Egosoft will take more features from the previous x-series rather than trying to go down another path. I guess time will tell.
