I have acrued quite a few slicers and other hacking software, and I have access to a black marketeer who is teladi and I have 20 points access to teladi ( company director) but he wont buy the hacking software but he will sell it to me. " not enough reputation" do I have to trade more with this black marketeer.? Or am never going to be able to sell the stuff?

Has anybody managed to sell security slicers etc in the basic game? Either to H.A.T. or anybody else. .Another problem seems to be I cannot improve my standing (-5) with Scale plate Pact no matter how much buying and selling I do with them.?
