So I had an Owl miner set with a trade distribution run for nividium with a simple run from xenon hub to perpetual sin and back when my Station Manager locked me out of control and sent it out to xenon 595 to mine for nividium. The only controls I had were on the turrets, the ER recall was set at 50% so it kept jumping back and forth out of sector until xenons destroyed it.

Is there a way to keep the station Manager from controlling my ship or should I remove it altogether? I can't tell if this scenario should have been expected or if my game glitched out.
