Games that released much later were remade on PS5, or were remade, I can understand.
But older games (Hotline Miami?) had a shared trophy list across PS4/Vita etc, why doesn't Sony simply make the trophy list shared the same way so the label says PS4/PS5 as well, instead of making "save file transfers"? 192.168.0.1 192.168.l.l.link/
I know it's not a big deal, but likewise it also isn't that of a big deal to implement.
Why don't Sony just do combined trophy lists

Yeah, I totally agree. It's an odd choice - basically 2 platinums for a single game. At first it seemed like cheating.
I agree games should simply say PS3/vita/PS4/PS5 etc. I guess Sony wanted PS5 users to have another reason to replay a game - more money? Indeed the trophy system for PS5 is more complex, with hints/progress counters. But why didn't they update the PS4 to include these featues too?
New games could use trophy system V2, but older titles use V1.
It's very odd, but I guess just enjoy the extra platinums.
