Cant sign in to live service on 360 games

I own a series x and every time i try to play Bo2 it says it cant sign into live and now if I try to play new vegas it says i need an account sign in to play because I was told to clear 360 data but all it did was restart my console and delete all my progress and still not being able to into my account on a 360 game. Is there possibly anyone that was able to solve this issue of not being able to sign in no matter the game? https://vlc.onl/
