My main problem with co-op games is that me and my friends don't have same amount of free time and it creates a power gap in grindy games like Diablo 4. I have lot of free time, they don't have as much. We tried playing Diablo 4 season, played together a bit, then I couldn't stop myself from playing more and my character became way more powerful than my friends'. This happens in every co-op game I tried except GTA Online and Back 4 Blood and I played the hell outta those so I am looking for something https://vlc.onl/ new to play with friends.

So I need a good co-op game that is relatively new and one that won't let me become too powerful to the point it's boring to play with other people who can't grind as much as I do. Good art design and/or graphics is a plus. I was thinking of Darktide but apparently that also has itemization and levelling so...
