airsoft is like paintgun but better. 6mm plastic pellets and perfect replica guns. these are the ones i have: 
anyways, thanks for the welcome. warning tho. im a forum junky and my lads dont talk much about the X series, but if somebody releases a multiplayer mod for it you could expect the the =DFS= clan to running the pirate cartels

woo.. those gun look very real - I wouldnt know if they were fake or not. Thanks for explaining what airsoft is.
As you can see this forum is 'new' and is still work in progress albeit mostly 'complete'. So if you see anything 'broken', please let me know!
It is a shame that X wasnt online - it would be great to build a station, sleep and then awake to find its filled up with money. They could cap each universe to like 50 players, so things dont get too busy.

mate, i could talk for days about all the things possible if X was online.
those guns are as real as it get on the outside. the internals are completely differnt tho. great fun but dangerous, not for kids at all. eye protection and preferebly a full face mask are essential. youtube it if your interested, loads of vids out there

from what ive seen some of the airsoft guns can also come with imitation muzzle fire adaptions too, so they look that real ..... note they are also illegal in the uk if you dont have re-enactment liscences or them painted all forms of daft colours to show them as replicas, just search for wolf airsoft i think the company is called

I did think they might be illegal in the UK - we have a no gun law here and those guns look very realistic. If someone jumped out on you with one of those and said give me all your money - wouldnt you?

i could paste in a load of rules as the law states but you'd get bored reading. in short:
yeah uk guns have to have something like 70 percent a funny colour unless you have a licience or something. im not sure. here in ireland you just cant show em in public for obvious reasons and the mussel speed is limited to i joule 328 fps.

Tried airsoft once nearly shot my self in the foot. I think i will stick to No. 8 .22 rifle and L98A2 Rifle.
