imperial and regular slaves not listed, neither are narcotics? is this due to legality/morality?

hi there. Its not cause of morality, just simply that I forgot to add them. What category are those listed under - if legal?

hehe, I designed the system to be fairly easy to add wares to the system. So when I was told about it, I added them in Smile
