The latest update seems to have added a new armour class.
This is called "Rumpfhüllenverstärkung"(in german)
It could be translated to something like "hull reinforcement".
For example:
195.000 CR, D4, m:1600
adds 0 to shield but 120 to armour
Some pages (like edshipyard.com) say itis called "Hull Reinforcement Packages".

I knew someone would spot this sooner or later 
Both the Hull Reinforcement Packages and shield boosters have been added today. Both of them were added in the v1.2 update.
[update] I have finally added all the missing variants too. So now you should be able to install all items on the ship pages. It would nice if someone could check. ps. it doesnt work on IE, and you may need to clear-out your cache.

Seems to be a rare equipment..
I spotted them once in empire system..
