Primary V2.06 was corrupt

I'm not sure how it happened, however the primary download for "Roguey's X3 Mod v2.06" was corrupted. The mirror file is good and I will be fixing the primary download shortly. Both places had the same upload to each, so it wasn't a bad file to start with.
