X3 ship statistics updated

It's took nearly a whole day, but I have finally updated the ship statistics page. Why did it take so long? The main reason was optimization of the code - something which hidden. The code will be a little lighter on the server (which is always a good thing eh?).

The other note is that in the process of updating the ship statistics section, I have updated the statistics for Roguey X3 Mod. All the statistics for Roguey X3 Mod are for v3.00.
