New editing section

Over the past few days I have started working on a new tutorial section for the site. In this section I plan to write guides on how to make your own mods and scripts. The guide will mainly cover X3, however many of them will apply to Terran Conflict as well. The aim of these guides are to make you able to design/code your own projects!
