Killertide's ship building guide

An old friend who created many ships for the X3 mod has returned to this site: killertide. Killertide once wrote a guide on how to create your very own ships for X3 using gmax/3Dmax and posted it to the after-domination.net forums.

However Killertide has recently asked me to host the guide here too: not only increasing awareness but also offering a backup. To me posting the guide to one of my X sites is much more safer than being on a forum because sometimes a forum can be changed around and large amounts of data go missing by accident (its easy to do). If you have your own guide from game-play, how-to's or editing please let me know.
