Roguey's X3 Balance mod updated

Today I have released a new version of my balance mod. The key things in this version is updated flak cannons, TerraCorp ships and reduced amount of 'background' ships (which will speed up the game for many). For a complete list of changes, see the Roguey's X3 Balance v1.1 page.
