Albion Prelude Plot guide

The first time X3AP came out I chose to play for the Terran's as I felt sorry for them. This meant I couldnt play the plot, so I didnt write a guide. However with the additional mini-plots included in 2.0 I have decided to restart, this time on the Argon's side. Its took me a long time to building up a decent fleet, but during I have been doing the plot on and off. I have tried to make the guide detailed explaining everything - so to help everyone. I hope you find the guide useful - albeit rather late:
