Options

First thing I want to teach you, is how to change accelerated time in options, and changing nummerical shield/hull status, instead of the graphic bar you can see on the picture above.



First open the option menu, and select the Gameplay options.

You can do this by clicking the lower left icon, and then Gameplay with your mouse. Then you'll be greeted with these options:



Change the SETA factor to 10x, wich is maximum, and on Advanced game settings, change 'Numerical shield/hull display' to Yes.

Once you've done this, you can close the options, you will see the changes immediately.



Now you'll see percentage of shield instead of the bars, much better, and to see what that SETA factor change is;

Press J on your keyboard. You'll get a white text on the middle of the screen talking about how time is beeing speeded up 1000x. Once you hit any key or try to turn the ship, normal time will resume, so this is very usefull when flying with Autopilot, not so usefull otherwize. :)
