Building ships

In X-Rebirth you build your own ships, rather than buy them already made. However this does not mean you can design your own ships. To build ships you must first find a shipyard platform, which looks like this (in space):


Once you have found one, land on the platform and search for the ship trader. The ship trader is a NPC with the following symbol above his/her head:


Now talk to them, and press 2 to select ship build selection page. On this page you can choose which ship you want to build, along with what upgrades the ship has.

After that you need to select which drones you wish to add to the ship too:

Now you will see a final cost of the ship, so if happy click ok to start the construction of the ship;
