Reach highest reputation with any faction.
To gain this achievement you must reach +30 with a single faction. A full list of factions can be seen here. To gain faction points, do side missions (such as kill missions etc.), destroy enemy ships and avoid attacking them. In time you will build up your reputation, and gain the achievement.
